This is not our emergency services contact. If you are out of gas or smelling gas, please call 937.372.9194. If after normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm), please leave a message and one of our "on-call" staff will be happy to assist you.
Please note that the order is not fully placed until you are contacted by a Collett Propane Representative via the preferred method of contact.
If your account is set up as "COD (commonly referred to as CBD)", which means you must pay for your delivery in advance, the Collett Propane Representative that contacts you will have pricing information.
Orders for accounts with balances will not be processed.
For "Will Call" customers, orders cannot be guaranteed on the same day.
Charges may apply for deliveries made outside of normal delivery days.
Charges may apply for out of gas deliveries.
