Propane Safety

As a family-focused and community-oriented company, our number one priority is to keep those who we serve, work with, and live near safe. With some basic safety tips and information, you and your family can safely and comfortably enjoy all the benefits that propane can deliver.

What to do if you suspect a leak:

  • Put out any open flames or smoking materials
  • If you feel safe, go to your propane tank, open the lid, and turn the valve to the right (clockwise) to close the cylinder valve.
  • Leave the area and call 911 or your local fire department. Before you restart your appliances, call us so we can determine if you need to have a service team member inspect your cylinder or appliances.
